Rising Higher

"For I brought thee up out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed thee out of the house of servants; and I sent before thee Moses, Aaron, and Miriam." (Micah 6:4)

God is mentioning the names of three who belong to a single family. Evidently the Lord prepared them. The youngest had the greatest spiritual blessing. The deeper you go into yourself, the higher you will lift yourself into the atmosphere of Heaven. And the higher you rise the more you will be filled with His power.

Establish yourself in holiness and in all the will of God. Do not ask for the whole plan of God just now. Step by step the way will be opened before you. Prepare now, and you will always have the inclination to please Him. "Then said Jesus unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things" (John 8:28). To please Him there are two things you should do. 1) Dive deep into the subconscious and be right with God deep down. 2) Rise higher and higher into that divine consciousness and intensely desire to please Him in all things. Do not displease the Holy Spirit and the gentle prompting of the Holy Spirit into all truth, all obedience and all holiness. Do not resist Him. Resistance opposes electric current. Much of the current is used up to overcome the resistance and is wasted in heating the wire. Sometimes the heat will be so great as to burn up the wire. We must become smoothly working, highly powerful, spiritual machinery.

YOU are cut out for God. Prepare yourself.
