"Thy Kingdom is an Everlasting Kingdom"                                     Late Mr. N. Daniel

Psalm 145 & 146

"Thy kingdom is an everlasting kingdom and thy dominion endureth throughout all generations." Christian life, in maturity comes to this state of praising God always. A true Christian feels in his heart that the kingdom of God is an everlasting kingdom. He feels its freedom in his heart. No sin rules over him. He feels secure in God. He feels he is following eternal principles. Psalm 30:4, "Sing unto the Lord, O ye saints of His and give thanks at the remembrance of His holiness." But in Hosea 7:14, God says, "And they have not cried unto me with their heart, when they howled upon their beds; they assemble themselves for corn and wine and they rebel against me." In psalm 145:18, it is written, "The Lord is nigh unto all them that call upon Him, to all that call upon Him in truth." We have to cry to God will all our heart. There is forgiveness with God always. As you dig into yourself; you see you are in need of prayer. It is not others’ sins that matter, but your own failures. If you get right with God, all your circumstances will change to suit you. As you study the Word and dig deep into your nature and allow the divine nature to come into you, you will experience release in your soul. You find you belong to an eternal kingdom. The destinies of that kingdom are eternally settled by the death and resurrection of Jesus. Joseph was a slave but he was free in his heart. Very soon, his freedom spread all around him. He was out of the prison and lifted to the highest. There was no one above him to oppress him.

God will be with you and make your defeats into victories. Be conscious that you belong to a fallen race. Feed on His Word and let His words abide in you. His words will abide in you inasmuch as you obey them. We are imprisoned by our "self". Our self must die. Then we will be free. After that, wherever we go, the powers of darkness will recognise us: "Here is a man who has the mark of God on his forehead. He cannot be opposed." People may be lord it over you but you are the real master. Your confidence is in God, by having a clear conscience before Him, gives you a strong position. Do not lose this. This confidence does not create pride. It is meek. That conquering nature is seen in your humility. You are the greatest because you are the humblest. You are following the principles of that eternal kingdom. You must build your life in such a way that you are never defeated.

Do not swerve in your principles of purity. Don’t yield an inch of ground in this field. For a while there may be battles. Fill your heart with heavenly ambition. Proverbs 22:17 & 18. "Bow down thine ear, and hear the words of the wise and apply thine heart unto my knowledge. For it is a pleasant thing if thou keep them within thee, they shall withal be fitted in thy lips." The word of God is the counsel of God. Proverbs 30:5, "Every Word of God is pure, he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him." When you constantly fill yourself with the word of God there will be harmony in the emotional life within you. True religion will bring harmony within and complete balance in your emotional life. Do not give up even if it looks as if sure defeat seems imminent. Claim victory in the teeth of defeat. You will get it. You will feel the victory in you. Cling to God. Your life is God’s life- that note of triumph must be in you. No doubt our nature is sinful. But we place it before God. As we discover more of it, we will still put it before God. When you get God’s righteousness you will feel free. When it spontaneously flows out of your life and out of your eyes, you will be free. When the spirit takes hold of your tongue, you will speak perfectly wonderful things.
